Welcome to KUWL, a passion project launched in December 2022.  Born from a spirit of curiosity, my thirst for truth and disdain for false narratives, I question, research, analyze, interview, educate and opine on many Issues.

KUWL is an acronym for (K)nowledge, (U)nderstanding, (W)isdom and (L)ife experienced to the fullest. My purpose is to leverage my experiences, insights, discernment and vast network of remarkable friends to bring you as much value as possible.

My personal background includes a business degree in Management Information Systems, USAF active duty as an instructor pilot with combat experience and a top-secret security clearance, two years as major airline pilot before unceremoniously being furloughed, twenty years in investment and mortgage banking and more than 20 years owning and supporting a national leadership and sales development company.

My passions include faith, family, history, private equity, venture philanthropy, Georgia Bulldog football and fly-fishing. My amazing bride is my greatest treasure in this world.
